Tapering cylindrical, on a stepped circular base, the body enameled overall with varicolor scrolling foliate motifs, with blue pellet wreaths at intervals, one centering an engraved monogram, bordered by bands of varicolor geometric motifs, the hinged cover with knop finial, the handle angular, both similarly decorated, marked under base
