Comprising a necklace designed as a series of slightly graduated oval and cushion-shaped rubies, each in a double row of old-cut diamonds, alternated with ruby (including one synthetic ruby) and diamond bow-shaped links, a bracelet and a pair of ear pendants en suite, mounted in silver and gold, necklace 37.5 cm, bracelet 18.0 cm, earrings 4.6 cm, in white leather Van Cleef & Arpels fitted case
Retailed by Van Cleef & Arpels in the 1970s, all signed VCA for Van Cleef & Arpels, nos. NY45655 (necklace), 46239 (bracelet) and 46240 (earrings)
Accompanied by report no. 67387 dated 26 March 2013 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the 25 larger rubies are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating (3)
