A hexagonal-cut aquamarine set within an openwork platinum border of diamond-set arrows, within two pavé diamond borders, surmounted with a ribbon twist pierced with two diamond-set arrows, the sides cast and chased with a gold openwork band of fleur-de-lis, with a diamond-set suspension loop, one side suspending a chain with a safety pin, marked on gold mount
