SIGNED COURVOISIER FRÈRES, CHAUX DE FONDS, CIRCA 1850
Jewelled keyless cylinder movement, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, all concealed beneath a hinged oval with rose-cut diamond-set floral decoration to the translucent blue enamel on engine-turned ground, the box with geometric patterning in deep blue champlevé enamel and engraved throughout, signed on the gold plate surrounding the dial
