Keywound verge movement, chain fusée, white enamel dial, Breguet numerals, hinged and concealed within a cittern-form case, the sound board with scarlet enamel over engine-turned ground, decorated with a single leaf branch in green enamel, the border set with rose-cut diamonds, the balance cock visible through the sound hole, the black enamel neck with gold frets, six twisted gold strings supported by the base set with pearls and attached to gold turning keys on engraved and black enamel head, the sound box decorated in translucent blue enamel over engine-turned ground, with engraved leaf branch and an open musical score, the back of the neck similarily decorated, the border with opaque green enamel geometrical pattern, the band similarily decorated, movement signed
