With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated August 1999, Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres, product literature and leather wallet. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with Breguet numerals in white gold in 1999 and its subsequent sale on 30 August 1999.

Fresh to the market, the present reference 5016 impresses by its sharp case proportions, well defined fluted lugs, crisp hallmarks and untouched dial most evident to the beholders eye.

Introduced in 1994, reference 5016 was produced in very small numbers. In fact, a detailed research reveals that no more than 5 examples with a silvered dial have appeared at auction to date.

Reference 5016 was discontinued in 2010 and replaced by reference 5216.
