With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with porcelain-white dial, black Arabic numerals and exterior railway minute scale in 1994 and its subsequent sale on 17 February 1995.

Reference 5015 was in production from 1995 until 1999. The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, p. 215.
