Lot Essay

With Vacheron Constantin Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1974.
The present model was introduced following Vacheron Constantin receiving the Prestige de la France award on 23rd June 1972. The ceremony took place under the direction of the French Minister François-Xavier Oriole and the distinction was rewarding the partnership between the Manufacture and talented Parisian jewelers.
