Lot Essay

Day-Date reference 18078 is distinguished by its reeded bezel of bark-finish style. The present watch further stands out by its enticing green dial, which comes layered in shades ranging from a dark green to a lighter almost Persian green. This type of dial is also known as "degradeé" in French. The watch is in overall excellent condition with clearly defined sharp case lines and a crisp bezel, back and gold marks. The elegant dial is harmoniously supported by the eight round-cut and two baguette-cut diamonds with their respective and intact luminous accents. The bark-finish bezel neatly frames the watch face. A stylish watch that subtly draws the eye and will sit beautifully on a slender wrist.
