ONE MARK OF WB, THE OTHER MARKED "900" ON THE HEAD AND "925S" ON THE CUTTER, PROBABLY AUSTRIAN, CIRCA 1910
Both with red glass eyes, the larger one with hound head, hinged jaw which pushes up to cut the cigar; the smaller one also with hound head issuing from a collar of oak leaves and acorns, the cutter mounted at the opposite end
