Each designed as a stylized furled leaf, pavé-set with circular-cut pink sapphires and brilliant-cut diamonds, to the central rectangular-shaped diamond weighing approximately 1.43 and 1.37 carats, joined to the brilliant-cut diamond hook, mounted in titanium, 5.8 cm long
