With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with onyx dial and is set with 364 diamonds weighing 8.24 carats in 1976 and its subsequent sale on 8 July 1977.

Reference 4364 was launched in 1976 and manufactured for two years only. Very few pieces were made in total and the present lot is a rare example offered here for auction at Christie's.
