With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated April 1995, additional case back, fitted pouch, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with opaline-white dial and Breguet numerals in 1994 and its subsequent sale on 13 April 1995.

The present reference 5016 impresses by its sharp case proportions, well defined fluted lugs, crisp hallmarks and untouched dial most evident to the beholders eye.

Introduced in 1994, reference 5016 was produced in very small numbers. In fact, a detailed research reveals that no more than 6 examples with a silvered dial have appeared at auction to date.

Reference 5016 was discontinued in 2010 and replaced by reference 5216.
