Designed as a detachable watch-brooch, with mechanical movement, the square white dial with Arabic numerals and blued steeled hands, flanked by baguette and circular-cut diamonds, from the openwork plaque set with variously-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum, circa 1930, to the tapered gold mesh bracelet, 7¼ ins.
