etching, circa 1740, on heavy laid paper, with an unidentified watermark, a fine impression of the first state (of two), before the plate number, printing strongly and clearly, with vertical wiping marks and inky plate edges, with narrow to thread margins, a rustmark above the satyr's leg, otherwise in very good condition
