etching, circa 1740, on heavy laid paper, without watermark, a very fine, early impression of the first state (of two), before the plate number, printing very strongly and clearly, with many scratches and other impurities in the plate, with narrow margin, very faint, scattered foxing at the upper and lower sheet edges, otherwise in very good condition
