According to the Archives of Vacheron Constantin the present watch was manufactured in 1948.

The present watch is an unusual lady's bracelet watch designed by Vacheron Constantin, featuring a repeated pattern of raised pyramidal and oval shaped links. In the 1940's, the firm designed a number of heavy cuff bracelet, often featuring prominent shapes and gem-setting.
