Comprising a circular European-subject snuff box and cover, another of rectangular form, both with decoration to the interior, and two pairs of dishes with figures in mountainous riverscapes
The boxes each 3 1/4 in. (8.2 cm.) wide approx.; the dishes 4? in. (11.5 cm.) diam., and 4 in. (10.1 cm.) wide
Provenance
The rectangular box: with A. van der Meer, Amsterdam, acquired in 1994.
Both pairs of dishes: acquired at a gallery on Spiegelstraat, Amsterdam, in 1987.

The square dishes bear a red two-character mark to the underside reading ‘shang xin’ (‘for appreciation’).
