Of lozenge-shaped outline, the plaque centering upon a modified cushion-cut emerald, weighing approximately 7.77 carats, within a circular, marquise and pear-shaped diamond surround, enhanced with circular and oval-cut emeralds, mounted in gold, circa 1967, with pendant hook for suspension
