According to the Archives of Montres Breguet, watch no. 3907 was originally sold with a platinum case. The present silver and gold case as well as the enamel dial are later additions and not by Breguet.

A buyer could do a down payment of 25 Francs for a watch of a limited series, with the balance due upon delivery.
