Drum form, with an angular spout and carved wood handle, the flat cover with silver-mounted wood baluster finial, the body engraved on one side with a coat-of-arms and a crest on the other, the cover engraved with the word BOHEA, marked under base and on cover bezel

Lot Essay

The arms are those of Henry Frederick Stephenson (1790-1858), illegitimate son of Charles Howard, 11th Duke of Norfolk.
