The necklace composed of oval and cushion-shaped rubies in brilliant-cut, pear and marquise-shaped diamond clusters, to the detachable brilliant-cut diamond cluster pendant/brooch centering upon seven rubies, can detach to be worn as a shorter necklace and a bracelet, necklace 56.0 cm, pendant/brooch 4.5 cm, with French assay marks for gold
The necklace signed M. Gérard, no. CS220, the pendant signed VCA for Van Cleef & Arpels
Accompanied by report no. 72939 dated 7 March 2014 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating (2)
