Oval with gadroon, flower, shell and scroll rims, lobed sides on foliate scroll feet, gilt interiors with fixed central dividers, one side engraved with a colour-variant of the arms of William Ashburner (1737-1793), Governor of Poona, possibly for his grandson, William Page Turner (1791-1862), Bombay merchant , J.P. and mayor of Bombay in 1823
