etching with monotype colouring, 1947, on wove paper, signed and dated 'New York 18/6/47' (partially erased), a rare working proof printed at Atelier 17 in New York in 1947, before the edition printed in Paris in 1952-53, the full sheet, with deckle edges on all sides, a few pale stains in the margins, otherwise in good condition
