Das Gemälde ist in einer undatierten, von Varlin handgeschriebenen Bilderliste aufgeführt (Nr. 8, Patentanwalt Blum).
Das Bild ist vom Künstler 1958 datiert. Aus einem Brief vom 8. Juli 1960 von Herrn Dr. Blum an Varlin geht 1960 als Entstehungsjahr hervor. Hier wurde jedoch die Datierung des Malers berücksichtigt.

The painting is listed in an undated list of paintings, handwritten by Varlin (No. 8, Patentanwalt Blum).
The painting is dated 1958 by the artist. In a letter dated 8th July, 1960 from Dr. Blum to Varlin, 1960 is given as the year of its creation. Here, however, the date given by the artist himself has been accepted as valid.
