A MODERN SILVER AND PARCEL-GILT NOVELTY CONDIMENT SET
MARK OF THEO FENNELL, LONDON, 1992/1993/1995
Comprising:- six condiment stands on square pedestal bases, each supporting a cast cherub, two supporting kettle drums, and two supporting side drums, the remaining two with cherubs sneezing into a handkerchief which support column-shaped peppers, each with a ram's head applied to the cover which sits below the base, together with a rectangular bell-push, the sliding cover applied with supplicant putto, also four further kettle drum condiments, four side drum condiments and four column-form peppers, the latter with plain covers, all contained in a large fitted blue leather box lined in blue baize with brass side-handles
