Of canted square form, the perforated cover and vase surmounted by a pierced gallery composed of alternate anthemion and acanthus, the sides finely painted with alternating vignettes of Oriental figures amongst flowering branches and exotic birds, above a black-ground lower section painted and gilt with a continuous band of flowers, raised on four lion mask and paw feet
