Of rectangular outline, the agate box set with a carved jadeite plaque of animal and foliate motif, within a blue enamel surround, trimmed with cabochon sapphires and rose-cut diamonds, opening to a single compartment, mounted in platinum and gold, circa 1925, 4½ x 7 1/8 x 1¾ ins.
