Lot Essay

With Patek Philippe Certificat d'Origine et de Garantie dated Geneva 31 August 1912 confirming the engraved coat of arms. Furthermore delivered with the original presentation box numbered 166'282 containing a spare crystal and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with enamel dial, Breguet numerals, red minute figures and coat of arms engraved on the case back in 1911 and its subsequent sale on 30 August 1912.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never been offered in public before. Preserved in very good overall condition, the rarity is further enhanced by the outer 24 indication and the presence of the original certificate and box, still containing the spare crystal.
