Set with a gray natural pearl, measuring approximately 10.10 x 9.90 mm, flanked on either side by a pear-shaped diamond, to the single-cut diamond and calibré-cut onyx pierced gallery and shoulders, mounted in platinum, circa 1920
With report 1162657048 dated 14 October 2014 from the Gemological Institute of America stating this is a natural saltwater pearl, with no indications of treatment
