Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 2005 and its subsequent sale on December 19th of the same year. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated December 23rd, 2005, setting pin, product literature, Patek Philippe leather envelope, Patek Philippe presentation box, and outer packaging.

Reference 5135 was launched in 2004 in yellow gold and white gold, in 2005 in pink gold, and in 2006 in platinum. It was discontinued in 2011.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.
