The standing figure pointing to the quarter hours on the sphere above, the hours indicated to the base flanked by a monkey and a hound, the figure's head moves at the quarter hour when striking, the monkey spins and the dog leaps at the hour, marquetry and ebonized base; the movement with hexagonal plates joined by chamfered pillars, with chain fusee for time and plain standing barrels for strike trains, later balance, calibrated countwheel, signed 'Johan Georg Kreitmeir / München', striking two bells to the hinged baseplate
