Lot Essay

The work is a collaborative work by Richter and Palermo and consists of two photographs of a telephone and the inside of a light bulb by Richter printed in four-tone offset newsprint (described somewhat confusingly as 'letterpress print' by Butin) and the yellow screenprint surface devised by Palermo.
