Cal. 558 three quarter plate finely engraved gilt-finished movement, 21 jewels, engine-turned silvered solid gold dial, Roman numerals on blank chapter ring, secret signature between XI and XII and between XII and I, blued steel Breguet hands, aperture to the lower part exposing the three-armed one minute tourbillon carriage, three blued steel arms attached to the tourbillon indicating each third interval of the minute on a half gauge calibrated to 20 seconds, circular case with coin-edged band, glazed snap on back, 18K pink gold Breguet buckle, case, dial and movement signed
