A GEORGE III SILVER ENTREE-DISH AND COVER
MARK OF EDWARD FERNELL, LONDON, 1788
Plain circular and with beaded borders, with two bracket handles, the cover with ivory insulated baluster finial, the dish and cover each later engraved with initial 'M' with earl's coronet above, marked on side of dish and inside cover
The dish: 9 7/8 in. (25 cm.) diameter
gross weight 34 oz. 6 dwt. (1,067 gr.)
