With Officine Panerai International Guarantee Certificate dated March 2013, Certificate and fitted presentation box.

Developed for the Italian Navy before the Second World War, The Panerai Radiomir captivated many collectors for its durability, unusual water-resistant case and easily readable dial. Throughout the years, Radiomir timepieces benefited from many technological developments while keeping their strong identity. The present Panerai 'Lo Scienziato' was created to celebrate the renowned Italian scientist Galileo Galilei. From the same Tuscan Origins as Panerai, Galileo tackled several time measurement challenges, marking a turning point in horology. Sharing the same values for avant-gardism as the later scientist, Panerai surprised their audience by introducing the Lo Scienziato tourbillon Radiomir with a skeletonized dial, power reserve indicator and an AM and PM display. Through its exclusivity, unusual looks and complex mechanism, the present watch has made a strong impact on watch enthusiasts and is set to become a collector's piece.

Furthermore, the present watch is number 143 of a limited edition of 150 examples only.
