Automatic jewelled movement, silvered dial, applied baton numerals, sweep centre seconds, chapter ring with fan-form sector displaying names of 24 cities, two engine-turned subsidiary dials for date and second time zone combined with 24 hour indication, fan-form sector for power reserve, circular case, crown at 10 o'clock to set the city, 18k gold Jaeger-LeCoultre bracelet and concealed double deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed
