Lot Essay

Keisuke Tanaka shows value in the action of sculpting. A tall and thin sculpture is towering over us. Tanaka is sculpting the object with the image of inner mental support. Just as Tentou leads to heaven, his sculpture is stacked with the natural environment of mountains and clouds and cities. It is layers of scenery, and seems as though it has come out of a wood. He makes a pillar by graving it consistently. It exceeds our imagination and brings the existence of a sculpture as a real form.
