A fine early 20th century gold, enamel and diamond-set keyless scarab-form watch / pendant
With gilt-finished jewelled cylinder movement, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and blue Arabic outer minute markers, in beetle-form case with finely engraved scroll decorated sides and realistically modelled underside, all underneath the blue enamel and diamond-set wings, opening to reveal the dial, upper part and scarabs' head, with black enamel and diamond-set decoration, diamond-set eyes, curved antennas and engraved pendant loop, circa 1900, 5.8cm long
