Lot Essay

On the occasion of the participation of Galerie Jean Brolly at FIAC in Paris in 2003, two panels were extracted from the 1983 original installation and referenced A 80 and A 81. Two extreme white half-stripes on each side of the canvas are covered with white acrylic paint. The two paintings are inseparable and must stand vertically on the ground with a distance of 8.7 cm. between them.

An avertissement (certificate) will be written by Daniel Buren on the name of the new owner.
