Accompanied by an OMEGA Extract from the Archives confirming delivery of the present watch on 24 June 1999 to the USA. Further accompanied by a blank International Warranty, Operating Instructions, OMEGA presentation box, outer packaging, and sale tag.

This limited edition watch celebrates the 30th Anniversary of Apollo 11, the first spaceflight that landed man on the Moon. This series was made in an edition of 9999 examples characterized by the Apollo 11 emblem on the case back, a bald eagle landing, and the celebrated phrase of the crew; Hello Houston, Tranquility Base Here, the Eagle has landed.
