With maker’s mark for Carvin French
Accompanied by report no. 81928 dated 25 September 2015 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the sapphire is of Burma (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heating
Report no. CS 31063 dated 25 August 1997 from the AGL American Gemological Laboratories stating the sapphire is with heat enhancement: none
