Cal. 9821 highly engraved gilt-finished lever movement, 31 jewels, glazed dust cover, white dial, Roman numerals, three subsidiary dials indicating date, day and month in German combined with seconds, aperture for moon phases combined with the lunar calendar, in heavy circular case, the cover with applied diamond, emerald, ruby and sapphire-set "Royal Khanjar", the coat of arms for the Sultanate of Oman, the inner case with a map of the Middle East centered on the GCC countries and "Bismillah Al-Rahman Al Rahim" and "GCC Summit" in Arabic, the back cover with applied pavé-set diamond map of Oman with two rubies indicating the cities Muscat and Salalah, with 18k gold IWC chain and diamond-set fob, case, dial and movement signed

With IWC Certificate stating that the present watch was specially made for the Royal Family of Oman and delivered on 18 December 1985.

The present watch weighs 290.0 grams and the watch chain and fob weighs 42.4 grams and is set with a brilliant-cut diamond weighing very approximately 1.0 carat.
