With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with sunburst cobalt blue dial, 11 applied white gold indexes and set with 48 diamonds weighing approximately 1.76 carats in 1977 and its subsquent sale on 24 May 1978. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe fitted presentation box.

The present lot is fresh to the market and in overall very good condition. Reference 3605 was produced from 1971 until 1984 and houses the same automatic movement as the legendary Nautilus reference 3700 with calibre 28-255.
