The IWC Pilot’s Watch Automatic Edition Antoine de Saint Exupéry was made to commemorate Saint Exupéry’s novel “Courrier Sud” (Southern Mail) published in Paris in 1929. The limited edition of 1929 examples contained 1178 examples in stainless steel, 500 examples in 18k pink gold, 250 examples in 18k white gold and one example in platinum. The present watch is number 378 of a limited series of 500 examples only.
