Conceived and cast in 1929; one of three known casts of this year, with two further casts executed in the 1970s

Please note: Dr Ursel Berger has confirmed the authenticity of this sculpture. This bronze was cast in 1929, the same year it was conceived by the artist. It is one of three known casts in 1929, with two further casts made in 1978, one of which is in the collection of the Georg-Kolbe-Museum.
