Commissioned by Patek Philippe, the present letter opener is crafted out of 18 karat gold and is furthermore set with diamonds and Lapis Lazuli sides. Outstanding example of craftsmanship, the letter opener is set with gold hand-engraved Rams with diamond-set horns.
