LATE MING-EARLY QING DYNASTY, 17TH-18TH CENTURY
The bodhisattva sits on a separate lotus base with the right hand resting on the raised knee and the left held in the lap. The figure is garbed in voluminous robes with a cowl draped over the chignon-dressed hair.
