A LARGE BRONZE ARCHAISTIC 'CHILONG' VASE
17TH-18TH CENTURY
The ovoid body is supported on a tiered splayed foot decorated with wave pattern, and the tall neck decorated with angular scrolls and geometric motifs is applied with a sinuous chilong with bifurcated tail clambering towards the flaring mouth.
