CASE: 18K gold, split seconds chronograph operated through the crown and one button in the band, back with engraved monogram “CA”, hinged gold cuvette with the engraved inscription Souvenir 1922, 49 mm. diam.
SIGNED: case, cuvette, dial, movement
ACCOMPANIED BY: Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming the production of the present watch with enamel dial, Breguet numerals, red minute figures and subsidiary seconds in 1909 and its subsequent sale on 20 July 1922
